Crystal has been in the medical field for 20 years and a Nurse Since 2008. She married her husband Johnathan in May 2017 and they have 3 boys and 1 girl. Crystal is the owner of Common Sense Awards.
She has been around Common Sense Awards from the beginning watching the business grow to what it is today. Crystal always told Marcy, “I will buy your business one day”. On September 2018, the opportunity to purchase Common Sense Awards from Marcy Hall became a reality. Crystal has known Marcy Hall since she was in elementary school. Her daughter Holly and Crystal have been best friends since elementary school.
Crystal believes that it’s a blessing and an honor to be the owner of Common Sense Awards. She looks forward to serving her customers for many years to come.

Customer Service
Courtney has worked at Common Sense Awards for 12 years. She is dedicated to making our customer award ideas become a reality. Her specialty is laser engraving and sublimation but she can do it all. Courtney enjoys fishing, gardening, cooking, fall and her cute dog chipper. We value her as an employee and look forward to many years serving our customers.
